Villa Alegria

Villa Alegria is a wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home located in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. This villa has all your family will need with plenty of space outdoors, large private swimming pool and jacuzzi(both with additional charge as optional extras). With stunning views of the surrounding countryside and just a 15-minutes walk from some of the golden sandy beaches, local bars and restaurants, Villa Alegria, is the perfect home for your family holiday.

This contemporary one level villa offers free WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms. Suitable for guests with limited mobility, it comprises a wheelchair ramp and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. Another particularity are the several entrances to the villa and a separate wing in the house for those who wish to enjoy the night life and when returning home they do not disturb, those who are a sleep.

Villa Alegria has 5 bedrooms: 3 double bed bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 2 twin bed bedrooms, as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The large family kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen has a direct access to the barbecue and eating area for you to enjoy the summer meals, outdoors. The living / dining room is spacious with comfortable seats, TV, DVD player and leads out onto the wonderful terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding countryside.

The lower floor provides endless entertainment with a complete games room with darts, table football and ping-pong.

Villa Alegria offers a private swimming pool (heated as an extra option), jacuzzi (also as an extra option), air conditioning, free wi-fi, games room, a beautiful and well maintained garden, and an impressive traditional Algarvean brick barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals and to entertain friends and family in a perfect holiday setting.

The property is completely walled, has a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area of the villa and an automatic gate to facilitate the access to several vehicles. The large heatable swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden are located at the back of the property.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
