This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool boasts a well maintained garden offering also a perfect and stunning area to enjoy the outdoors and relax in the warm sunshine of the Algarve.

The property:

Ground floor: entrance hall, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 1 large living / dining room, 3 sofas, TV, DVD, stereo system and also has an amazing terrace overlooking the pool;

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, toaster and kettle.

Outside: completely fenced property, has a pedestrian path leading to the entrance area and parking for several cars. The pool is located at the back of the property with sun exposure all day, is surrounded by grass and has a traditional covered Algarvian barbecue.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.
