Apartment Alice is a contemporary 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property, where you’re sure to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Affording a prime location in lively Santa Eulalia, the apartment is within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and only a 15-minute walk from beautiful golden sandy beaches.

Located on the first floor (with lift access), the apartment includes a spacious living / dining room leading onto a lovely balcony with great views of the gardens and swimming pools and an outdoor table and chairs, perfect for sunbathing or eating alfresco.

The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with all appliances. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds, and 2 separate bathrooms.

The apartment has air-conditioning in the living-room and bedrooms, and free Wi-Fi.

Sharing a beautiful complex with well-kept gardens, there are 2 swimming pools; an indoor swimming pool (open only from October to March) and a large outdoor pool that’s extremely spacious and great for swimmers. There is also a smaller swimming pool for children, a tennis court and a playground in the area.

Car hire is not necessary with such an excellent location, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. However, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request.
Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

This wonderful apartment benefits from its close proximity to everything you may require for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Santa Eulália beach is the closest) and shops, bars and restaurants within close walking distance, in the lively Santa Eulalia area. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town.
