We gave them 9 days notice that we could not make it, instead of the required 10 days! Unfortunately it was circumstanced beyond our control that prevented us from taking the weeks stay. Without any hesitation ... [Zie meer]

They didn't give us the required notice, they just e-mailed us TWO days before the
beginning of their stay and therefore we couldn't rent the apartment during the dates they
