Het strand van Meia Praia is voor iedereen geschikt. Van gekleed tot naakt is geen probleem. Alhoewel de meeste naturisten bij elkaar gaan liggen. Ikzelf ben naturist, en ik heb mij zonder problemen zowel... [Zie meer]

Dit strand ligt een beetje afgelegen maar is gemakkelijk berrijkbaar met de auto en dan nog enkele honderden meters te voet verder.Bij valavond en mooi weer, hoor je de vogels zeer goed krijsen. dit geeft... [Zie meer]

In 1992 I spent a week on this beach and it has stuck with me ever since. It is the one place that I refer to when people request my opinion on where to visit when in the Algarve. I was 20 at the time and one day if possible I would love to have a place there.

This beach is ideal on faial island. Situated five minutes from downtown, near a restaurant, ball park and picnic areas in the village.

Varadouro (Horta, Ilha do Faial)

This is the only way to swim in the rough waters of the atlantic. This pool is cleaned naturally by the tide, therefore omitting any harmful chemicals. Very nicely constructed and free to the public- there are wonderful picnic sites as well nearby.
